These terms apply when you purchase a spot in a Six-Figure Chicks book collaboration, including Six-Figure Chicks Houston Vol 4, Six-Figure Chicks Phoenix Vol 3 and Six-Figure Chicks Tucson (the “Book”), offered by Cloversy LLC, the publisher of the Six-Figure Chicks book series (“we,” “us”). By making any payment for the Book, you agree to these terms.
1. Your author agreement
After your payment, you will receive an author agreement to review and sign. Your author agreement covers your chapter, deadlines, publishing rights and the rest of the details of the Book. If anything on this page is different from your signed author agreement, your author agreement is what applies.
2. What is included
Your author package includes your chapter in the Book and your Six-Figure Chicks author journey, including author calls, editor support, a photoshoot, and the launch of the Book on Amazon, Audible, and IngramSpark, and more, as described in your author agreement.
3. Payments
Your options. You may pay in full ($3,090), in three monthly payments of $1,056, or in six monthly payments of $541. Your first payment is due at checkout. If you choose a payment plan, the remaining payments are charged each month to the card you used at checkout.
Payment plans. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete every scheduled payment. A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full price of the plan you chose. It is not a monthly subscription you can stop early.
Missed payments. If a payment fails, we will contact you and try the payment again. Your remaining balance is still due.
Pricing. Prices shown at checkout include all processing costs. Payment plan prices are higher than paying in full.
4. No refunds or cancellations
All payments are final and nonrefundable. No refunds or cancellations will be granted, and your balance remains due in all circumstances. This includes if your chapter is not delivered by the due date we give you, as explained in your author agreement.
5. If the Book changes
If we are not able to publish the Book and you have followed your author agreement, we will use reasonable efforts to include your chapter in a different Six-Figure Chicks book or volume on a similar subject.
